The service

Breath provides guided one-minute breathing exercises. The Calm pattern is free forever; the free tier is supported by a small banner ad. Additional patterns require a Breath Premium subscription, which also removes all ads.

Subscriptions

  • Breath Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly), billed through your Apple ID.
  • Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • Previous purchases can be restored with “Restore purchases” on the paywall.

Not medical advice

Breath is a wellness tool, not a medical device. Breathing exercises are no substitute for professional medical care. If you have a respiratory or cardiovascular condition, consult a doctor before use. Stop any exercise that makes you feel unwell.

Liability

Breath is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app.
