Breath — Terms of Use

By using Breath you agree to these terms.

The service

Breath provides guided one-minute breathing exercises. The Calm pattern is free forever; the free tier is supported by a small banner ad. Additional patterns require Breath Premium, which also removes all ads.

Breath Premium

Premium is available two ways, both billed through your Apple ID:

• An auto-renewing subscription — monthly or yearly. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• A one-time lifetime purchase — a single payment that unlocks Premium permanently on your Apple ID. It does not renew, there is nothing to cancel, and no further charges are made.

Previous purchases of either kind can be restored with "Restore purchases" on the paywall.

Not medical advice

Breath is a wellness tool, not a medical device. Breathing exercises are no substitute for professional medical care. If you have a respiratory or cardiovascular condition, consult a doctor before use. Stop any exercise that makes you feel unwell.

Liability

Breath is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app.
